Participation at conference can be as:

    a) oral presentation
    b) poster presentation
   2. Regular participant
   3. Acompanying person

   Participants with papers are invited to register by sending the following information to the conference organizers:

1. First name, Surname and affiliation of the first author
2. First name, Surname and affiliation of the co-authors
3. Title of the paper
4. Paper abstract (max. 250 words)
5. Key words (max. 5 words)
6. Presenting mode (oral / poster )
7. Conference Topic
8. Necesary equipments (data projector, computer, overhead projector)
9. E-mail
10. Telephone/ Fax.
11. Postal address

This information will be sent as attached word document, A4 size, font 12 Times New Roman, single spaced, named CORTEP_author surname.

   Participants without papers are invited to register by sending the following information to the conference secretary:

1. First name, Surname and affiliation
2. E-mail
3. Telephone/ Fax.
4. Postal address

   The official language at the Conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

   All accepted papers would be published in the Conference Proceedings Volume which will be a special issue of The Buletinul Institutului Politehnic din Iasi.
